- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Kfz-Mechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Erfahrung im Motorenbau ist von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
